About the role
At The Outsource Pro (TOP), we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Claim Processor with hands-on exposure to the Australian insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims processing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery aligned with client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Process insurance claims in accordance with Australian standards and client guidelines.
- Review, verify, and validate claim documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for missing or additional information.
- Ensure timely processing and closure of claims within defined SLAs.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all claim-related activities.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as required.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements.
- Generate reports and updates on claim status and processing.
Required skills
- Strong experience in Australian insurance claim processing.
- Good understanding of insurance policies, claims lifecycle, and documentation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/part-time setup.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Prior experience working with Australian clients (mandatory).
- Exposure to insurance software/tools (preferred).
