About the role

We are hiring a Java Developer & React professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend technologies. You will be responsible for developing full-stack applications for clients across various industries, ensuring performance, scalability, and clean architecture.

Key responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and other developers in an agile setup.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and deployment challenges.

Required skills

Proficient in Core Java, Spring Boot, and related backend frameworks.
Strong frontend development skills using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and frontend-backend integration.
Good knowledge of SQL databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Version control experience with Git.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow best coding practices.

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based design.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or DevOps tools is a plus.
Experience working in client-based or outsourcing projects.
