About the role
Are you an entry level or experienced tax accountant? If so, we would love to speak to you about an opportunity that has arisen in our Indian/Australian office.
Your role will involve
- Reviewing, organising, and processing information using client source data.
- Preparation of financial statements for all entities.
- Preparation and lodgement of income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts.
- Preparation and lodgement of GST returns.
- Preparation of clear and concise work papers as evidence of work performed.
- Tax planning.
What we are looking for
- Currently working in Australian Accounting & Taxation with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Sound accounting skills (general ledger scrutiny, fixed assets accounting).
- Exposure to accounting software (Xero, MYOB, Handi).
- Ability to identify and communicate process improvements.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
